Setup steps

Before you begin

For the person who can change settings in the named platform.

Who does what

An Account Admin for your Apple Ads account sends the invitation. BrightLake provides the user email and reviews the invitation.

What to have ready

  • Your own Apple Ads account, not BrightLake's managed account.
  • An Account Admin who can send and correct the invitation.
  • The BrightLake invitation email shown in your setup, and the target campaign groups.

Values you'll need

Email to invite

czmzqj@gmail.com
  1. Open User Management

In Apple Ads, click your name at the top right → Settings beside the target account → User Management → Invite Users.

  2. Enter the invited user's details

If names are required, use the agency name for First Name and SOV for Last Name. SOV · Opens in a new tab here is the requested user name, not a report metric. Enter czmzqj@gmail.com in Apple Account exactly as shown.

  3. Select groups and permissions

Under User Access and Role, choose Limited Access and select the campaign groups in this setup. Set Role to Read & Write, then Send Invite. Read & Write lets our team pull your reports, including Impression Share, and support your campaigns.

  4. Capture the invitation row

Find the invitation in User Management (search by email if needed). Capture the entire row showing the invited email, role and invitation status, then upload a PNG, JPEG or WebP screenshot in setup.

  5. Correct or update the invitation

To correct an email, an Account Admin can select the pending invitation → Actions → Remove User, then invite again. If Invite Users is missing, ask an Account Admin. When groups change, update this user's scope and upload a new screenshot.

Confirm completion and next steps

What to check

  • The invitation row shows the correct email, Limited Access, Read & Write and the intended groups.
  • Operations reviews the invitation and acceptance separately; a screenshot alone does not prove acceptance.

What happens next

Return to the original setup tab to finish your per-app attribution choices and review the complete application before submitting.
